New Partner Appointment
SAI Actuarial Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Morgia as a partner of the firm as of April 1st, 2024.
Jessica is a graduate from the Université du Québec à Montréal since 2008. She is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA). Since joining SAI after university, Jessica has been actively involved with multiple pension committees. She plays a key role in administrative and consulting services, known for her efficiency and thorough understanding of the subject matter.
She oversees various teams dedicated to pension committees: some have been her clients ever since she began her career at SAI, while others have joined along the way. Additionally, she has expertise in total compensation analysis and provides support to several clients on a range of monetary issues, particularly those related to pension plans.
She is active across various sectors including private, municipal, university and public, and works with defined benefit, negotiated employer contribution, and defined contribution plans. Her extensive experience makes her a highly valued colleague and consultant.
Jessica is devoted, and deeply involved in every aspect of her mandates. Her work is marked by passion and great humanity.
